When you purchase a product online from knottyedge.com, we receive the order immediately. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours via Canada Post Express service. All orders have a handling charge to cover the cost of order preparation which may include: picking the order; the shipping box; protective packing; labelling.  The handling charge is applied once per order, regardless of the number of products in the order. It will appear on your shopping cart sub-total. Shipping charges are additional per product and range from $2.50 for small items to $7.50 for large items. When available, large items such as patio benches and planter boxes are local pick-up only.
